How do we gauge success? Every individual has their own success-o-metre! For some it may be university, or securing a career path. For others it may be starting a life independent of parents, and for some managing to pass each day in a calm and anxiety free way is a major success marker.
As a final note, it might be important to you to know that we prioritise working together with families and the support team around individuals. A consistent and informed approach is the best way to achieve sustainable success and it may be that we each have skills that can help the each other to make the journey ahead more manageable .
